This model, commissioned by Sunderland arc and produced by Kelley Morgan models, shows proposals for the Vaux site within the context of the City of Sunderland as a whole.
This vision, created be renowned architects and master planners Piers Gough and Andrew Daws of London based form CZWG Architects, will bring the Vaux site back into the urban grain of the City connecting to the river gorge and the Wear in a lasting way.
