Gift Ideas from NGC

Need a gift for the person who has everything?  We’ve got some stand-out options in the showcase next to the shop, like the collectible Oiva Toikka birds by iittala Glass and the Re-make/Re-model jewellery showcase, created with recycled materials from designers Kate Holdsworth, Helen Noakes and Charlotte Swaddle.

Our One to One Glass Blowing Experiences also make great presents – give the gift of a memorable creative experience with a One to One gift voucher, starting from £110.  Vouchers are available in the shop, online, and at Reception.   

Throwingstones Restaurant

This Sunday is the last chance to see Santa Claus here at NGC.  Santa Sunday is on 19 December from 12pm – 2:45pm, only £1 if you’re not dining.  Booking is essential.

Next month, Throwingstones will host a Rabbie Burns Sunday Lunch on Sunday 23 January, 12 – 2:30pm.  On the menu are haggis, neeps and tatties, a traditional piper and Ode to a Haggis.  2 courses £11, 3 courses £14.



Adult Courses for the New Year

Get a head start on that resolution to try something new with our adult courses.  There are a variety of courses starting in January, suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience.  Course length ranges from 1 to 7 sessions per course.
