Glass and Ceramics at the University of Sunderland
The University of Sunderland offers BA (Hons) Glass and Ceramics, MA Glass and MA Ceramics, on a full and part-time basis, based in the National Glass Centre.
We are the largest glass and ceramics department in Europe, comprised of an international team of experienced educators and practitioners with diverse skills and interests. Our research activity goes hand in hand with our teaching, informing and supporting you in your learning.
As a student, you will be encouraged to undertake external projects, such as competitions, exhibitions and commissions. Our students have worked with a variety of different organisations, including Daum, Scholt International, EU projects and in education, youth and health care contexts.

The University of Sunderland Department of Glass and Ceramics participates in the AA2A scheme.
