Robert is best known for his pictures of city life and the landscape and was the official artist appointed by London Transport for the Jubilee Line. Now resident in the North East his pictures of the construction of the Sage cleverly capture the construction of this amazing building.
Born to a farming family in Somerset his art training took him to the Birmingham Polytechnic and then the Royal College of Art. He has exhibited in Solo and Group shows in London and major cities throughout the country. Commissions include those from the Science Museum, Rank Xerox, Unilever plc, Nexus and Gateshead and Sunderland Councils.
