Johanna Keimeyer is a German artist currently studying Product and Fashion Design at University of the Arts, Berlin. She won the Faces of Design Award, for ‘Best Online Student Portfolio’ in 2010 and has already exhibited extensively worldwide.

Bottleship, 2007, Remodelled glass bottle
"How does a ship get into the bottle ?
How does a bottle become a ship?
By cutting with scissors into the glass bottle I tried to make the sails of the sailboat.
By having its own sails, the bottleship can follow the wind and bring the message in a bottle to whom it may surprise."
