National Glass Centre will be working in partnership with the International Print Biennale taking place from 17 September to 30 October.
Tina Webb has developed a new screen printing technique she calls “meagre printing” where an image is built up through screen-printing “meagre” amounts of coloured enamels onto glass. Her new work Something to Say, 2016 is made up of multiple portraits of celebrated individuals that have been influential and inspiring to the artist.
Tina Webb is an artist currently studying an MPhil in Glass at National Glass Centre, University of Sunderland.
