The Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington supports a visiting artists residency programme allowing internationally known and emerging artists access to their world class Hot Shop. One piece created during each residency is selected for inclusion in the Museum's collection. This collection is now world leading in terms of quality and representation of some of the world’s leading artist’s working in glass. As part of a wider long term partnership the Museum of Glass has kindly loaned a selection of works from its collection for display at National Glass Centre. Works on display were selected by Paul Marioni, a leading Seattle based artist and a member of staff from National Glass Centre.
Please note: Ths exhibition will not be accessible during our installation weeks 14 March - 26 March. Apologies for any inconvenience.
